Our services
Punching and bending
We produce punched and bent parts in various designs from all current materials. The focus lies on sheet metal, tubes, and wires. The required tools and fixtures are manufactured by ourselves.
CNC sheet metal processing
We supply CNC sheet metal parts with high accuracy (laser cutting, water cutting, canting). Thanks to the latest CAD/CAM software, we can efficiently process your drawing information and assist in development.
Metal cutting
Our qualified team has many years of experience regarding industrial twisted and milled parts. We cooperate with an extensive partner network and therefore cover a wide range regarding part dimensions, materials, batch sizes, and complexity.
Toolmaking
The development and production of tools is one of our core competencies. All tools and fixtures are produced by ourselves. We place particular work (eroding, hardening, etc.) in the hands of proven partners.
Assemblies
All components we manufacture for you can be delivered fully mounted as an assembly. Trust us with the individual trades and, as a result, reduce interfaces in the supply chain.
Welding
We offer various welding procedures (MIG/MAG, E-hand, TIG) and spot and stud welding for multiple materials. The welders of our company have many years of experience and are certified by a broad range of welding certificates.
Surface technology
We offer various options and have proven specialists for particular processes, whether corrosion protection or optics. Because of this extensive experience, we can implement your requirements in the best possible way.
Sourcing
